This is the form you need to type out and give back to me with a deposit for $100 by the Feb. 2 meeting. And for those of you who have already turned in sheets written but not typed, I have come up with a solution.

 

Since I have the signature from your parents, but I still need to make copies, I will copy it onto the typed out form I will have. All we need is the one signature so we already have it for:

Leaders' Meeting for Blue Ridge (with parents) this Monday Jan. 26 in New Expansion Community Room 6pm - 7pm

This coming Monday’s meeting will be focused on Blue Ridge Leaders’ School, and you will need to bring a parent or two if they have questions and this will be your first year attending the school. I would love to meet your parents, and I am sure they would like to meet me – since I will be taking you to the mountains for 8 days.

 

BRLS is Saturday June 13 – Saturday June 20. The total price is $405, but the maximum you will pay for the week is $255 if you hit the minimum of 100 service hours. This includes all lodging, transportation and food for the eight days.

 

A deposit of $100 with the registration form is due at the Monday Feb. 2 meeting to hold your spot. Hopefully we can fill out the forms and have deposit checks turned at the Monday Jan. 26^th parent meeting.

 

This meeting will be held in the NEW Community Room in the NEW Expansion from 6 pm – 7 pm.

 

Please respond back to this e-mail immediately if you will be bringing parents (and how many) so I make sure to have enough chairs and copies. Thanks.

Fun Zone Schedule

VIP Grand Opening this Thursday from 6:30 pm - 8 pm

MSM and New Leaders' Info Meeting

Hey all,

 

Reminder that we have MSM this Saturday from 6:45 pm – 10:45 pm. We need LOTS of help. I do not have the list of those signed up, so please e-mail me if you will be coming so I can put you on the list.

 

Also, on Monday, our meeting will be an Informational Meeting for potential new members. The nomination letter is attached to this e-mail. Feel free to bring teens you know who like to join. I can give you copies of the letter on Saturday if you do not have a printer.
