Info about Saturday's MSM/Overnight

Please read all of this information if you are attending the overnight this Saturday.

 

-          Be at the Morrison Family YMCA by 6:45 pm in your volunteer shirt ready to help with Middle School Madness

-          Feel free to bring any snacks and food you want to share with the group.

-          Bring a sleeping bag and a pillow

-          Girls will sleep in the Group Exercise Room and Boys will sleep in the old fitness area. We will sleep on the floor.

-          Make sure to bring your signed release form. It is attached to this e-mail if you need a copy.

-          We will end our overnight at 8:45 am on Sunday morning.

-          Please be prepared to spend the entire time at the YMCA. You may not leave for any reason other than for a serious illness or emergency.

MSM volunteer and overnight Feb. 21 - 22

Attached to this e-mail is the Release waiver that needs to be signed by a parent in order to spend the night at the YMCA. Because we will not be having a dodgeball tournament on Sunday, we will start at 6:45 pm on Saturday and go until 8:30 am on Sunday. Please have this form filled out and bring to Monday’s 2-16-09 meeting. Thanks. Mike.
