Need more help for MSM this Saturday

IMPORTANT UPDATE FOR RALLY

The Atlanta clubs are not coming until about 10 pm on Friday, so if you want to attend the Ardrey Kell game on Friday, please do so. Come immediately after the game is over. If you are not attending the game, please come at the original time of 8:30 pm.

Friday and Saturday Volunteers Needed

Three things I need from Leaders’ this weekend.

 

One) I need a lot of help and a lot of people at the 5^th Quarter this Friday night at the Y. It’s after the game, and goes from 9 pm – midnight. It’s just for High School students.

Two) I need some help passing out fliers for 5^th Quarter at the game. If you meet me before the game, go to the game with me, then leave to help set up for volunteering, I will pay for your ticket into the game.

Three) We need a lot of help for the Fall Festivus this Saturday. Details are below. Please get back to me immediately on this.

 

Fall Festivus

Volunteer Shift Times: 9:30 am – 12:30 pm or 12 pm – 3 pm

Wear Volunteer shirt and Jeans.

Public Radio concert this Friday from 9 pm - 11 pm

We need you at this concert. Please come. Bring friends!

 

I also need some help with flier pass out. There are a ton of fliers on my desk. If you get this e-mail before school tomorrow, and can get here and pick up fliers to hand out at school, I will give you volunteer hours during the entire time you are passing them out at school. Please help. Come by and take some fliers after school as well and get them to anyone.

 

But most importantly, please come to this event. We need Leaders’ Club support. I will be out of town until Oct. 8^th, so I will not see you on Friday or Monday, but Annie has everything under control. Thanks.
