Christmas Dinner for Charlotte's Homeless

OK everyone, this is the list of people and the jobs you will have at the dinner. Since we need to be at the Harris Teen Center at 5 pm, we need to meet at the YMCA at 4:30 pm so we can all drive over in one bus. Please meet in the front lobby so we can just leave from the branch, now that the bus keys have been moved form the Pavilion to the main facility.

 

Also, we will be having pizza at the Dinner, but not until 8 pm or so. And since we will all be serving food, and we’ll probably get hungry, please make sure to eat something substantial before coming to the YMCA as we will not get a chance for food for 3.5 hours. Please e-mail me as soon as you get this if your plans have changed and you can either go or not go.

 

Also, VERY IMPORTANT!!!, we will be wearing our Morrison Blue Ridge Leaders’ shirts with the Michelin man logo. So, if you have one, wear it, if not, I will bring our extras. We will be back at the branch by 9:15 pm.
