III.               Go over volunteer book Please fill out all your volunteer hours in the Leaders notebook in Brooke’s office.

V.                 Event sign ups and deadlines

-         Middle School Madness: Saturday December 15^th from 6:45 pm – 10:45 pm

-         Christmas Party: Sunday December 16^th from 4:30 pm – 6:30 pm at Lexi’s house (meet at the YMCA at 4:15 pm and we will drive to Lexi’s house.) Bring one food item (sign up online) and one wrapped present ($10 maximum limit) for our gift exchange.

-         Dinner for Charlotte’s Homeless: Saturday December 22^nd (5 pm – 8:30 volunteer time) (We will leave the YMCA at 4:45 pm, and we will drive to Harris YMCA). (Sign up by Wednesday Dec. 19^th.)

-         Winter Rally in Raleigh, North Carolina: Saturday/Sunday January 5^th/6^th (See flier) (Sign up and pay by Dec. 22^nd) LIMIT OF 14!!!

-         Ski Trip to Sugar Mountain: Saturday/Sunday January 26^th/27^th. (See flier for more info). Sign up and pay by Dec. 22^nd. LIMIT OF 28!!!
