Hello Everyone,
It is time for our Father and Child Campout, this event will span over two days and include camping, cooking out and fun activities for all! If you are interested in helping out at this event, please let me know. Here is the event info:
Event: Father and Child Campout
Date: Saturday, May 2 and Sunday, May 3
Shifts: 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM Saturday 5 Volunteers
7:00 PM – 10:00 PM Saturday 5 Volunteers
7:00 AM – 10:00 AM Sunday 5 Volunteers
Age: 16 years or older
Location: Morrison Family YMCA ~ Bojangles Park Pavilion (by the lower soccer field)
Attire: Volunteer shirts and comfortable pants (no denim please) and sneakers
Tasks: Helping with activities, food prep/serving, etc.
Rain Plan: Please call the sports hotline at (704) 716-4676 if there is inclement weather to find out if the event is still on.
Food provided for campers and volunteers.
