Volunteerapalooza on Saturday May 16th.

VOLUNTEERAPALOOZA!

 

Here are the details of the 3^rd Annual Volunteerapalooza for the Leaders’ Club. Please let me know if you will be able to come, and please let me know at this time if you have any conflicts (i.e. work, sports, etc) and the Executive Committee will discuss the possibility of making certain exceptions since we traditionally volunteer the entire time period.

 

Saturday May 16^th:

5:45 am: Drop off at Ballantyne Corporate Park to set up 5K Race

6:30 am – 10 am: Work 5K Race

10 am – 5 pm: Volunteer at Inspire! Ballantyne Arts Festival (with breaks and lunch)

5 pm – 6:30 pm: Dinner

6:30 pm – 10:30 pm: Volunteer at Middle School Madness

10:30 pm – 8:30 am on Sunday: Sleepover and Training.

 

Sunday May17th:

8:30 am: Pick up.
