Update from Last meeting

Hi all. Just a reminder that everyone’s pledge sheets for the 5K race is due this coming Tuesday, May 6^th. It’s VERY important to have people sign up for the race as it is directly linked to the Outreach money we receive. We need to raise $5,000 for Outreach this year, and this is the perfect opportunity to raise at least $3,000 – which is what we have pretty much spent since January already without raising a single dollar.

 

All you have to do is sign people up on the form provided (attached to this e-mail) and tell them how to register online or at the YMCA. We will then match the name on your form with our race roster to make sure they registered. And yes, you can accept donations even if people are not going to run in the race. Everyone needs to raise $100 – which is any combination of runners (five 5K runner or ten Fun Run etc.)
